In 2001, according to the working project developed by JSC Plastpolymer and OJSC LenMorNiProekt in the port of Vostochny, Primorsky Krai, the construction of the first transshipping complex of petrochemical cargoes (PCs) was started in Russia, the most modern equipment was installed on the PC.

Construction, installation, commissioning of the equipment was carried out by specialized domestic companies from different regions of Russia, as well as foreign ones:

• by the French company "FMC", which supplied the equipment for draining and loading;

• English company "HMD", which supplied pumping equipment that meets all international standards and requirements.

Pre-commissioning of the PC took place in October 2004.

To date, in connection with the changed market situation of methanol in the APR, the possibility of using a PC for reloading various chemical and petrochemical cargoes has been realized.

EXHIBITION PARK

The capacity of its own exhibition park allows to receive up to 180 tank wagons (wagons).

Incoming wagons or tank containers with chemical and petrochemical cargo are placed on guarded railway tracks to wait for unloading operations, acceptance operations and the formation of empty wagons for dispatch. Shunting operations on the driveway are carried out by a leased locomotive, which allows reducing the time for receiving and processing wagons.

Unloading of chemical and petrochemical cargo is carried out on a two-way railway overpass.

The drainable double-sided railway trestle has the possibility of simultaneous processing of up to 20 wagons with upper and lower drain-fill devices.

The cars are unloaded by the upper drain using devices such as UNZH-100 and lower drain using devices such as USN-150, in a tank farm or in a tanker. To preserve the quality of the cargo being reloaded, the terminal has a system for stripping, steaming and purging with gaseous nitrogen of pipelines and equipment from the previous cargo.

  The terminal has six pump groups. Each pumping group is designed for pumping cargo from the drain railroad overpass to the tank farm and from the tank farm to the tankers, or, bypassing the tank farm, into tankers.

From the tank farm by pump groups or from a tanker, tanker pumps, cargo is pumped to the railroad overpass in wagons or tank containers.

 The productivity of pumping groups, depending on the process, is: from 50 to 700 m3 / cu.

 The terminal has a vacuum system designed to create a vacuum when unloading wagons equipped with an overflow system, as well as for stripping technological pipelines.

 Technological parameters of the equipment operation and the whole technological process are controlled and controlled from the central control panel.

Loading of cargo into the tanker is carried out on six separate pipelines with the help of marine stands and specialized hoses.

The length of the berth is 206 m, the depth of the berth is 13 m. Since August 2012, the infrastructure of the berth has been added:

• two mooring ditches equipped with capstans;

• floating, with main dimensions: length - 69 m, width - 22 m, freeboard height - 3 m,

which allows, to date, to handle tankers with a maximum displacement of up to 45 thousand tons, a maximum length of 200 m, a maximum draft of 11.8 m
